At Redefined, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help. Returns are accepted within 20 days of the original purchase date. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which may be provided in the form of a Redefined gift card. Store credit is issued for the purchase price of the returned item and does not expire. Once a return is received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for your store credit or gift card to be processed and issued.
